The renowned weaver Marilou Schultz learned traditional Navajo weaving as a child. Since the 1980s, she has been experimenting with new techniques and her own dyeing methods. Schultz became known, among other things, for her computer-chip-inspired designs, and her practice connects Indigenous knowledge cultures with the history of digital technologies.
