Artist Talk with Davina Semo
Join artist Davina Semo at Armory Art Center in West Palm Beach, FL for an in-depth discussion about her art practice and her new site-specific commission for Currie Park. Ahead of her first permanent large-scale public art installation, Semo will share her perspective and continued exploration of the resonant qualities of bells. Her work reimagines the traditional bell forms and is finished with varying combinations of patination, texture, and decorative elements. Semo’s bells intentionally invite the public to ring them, producing harmonious tonalities. The talk will take place on November 5th at 10 AM EST.
